getting there. i started filling in the on-line eoi application and once again i’m impressed with the nzis site. very easy to jump around in the application. it keeps track of what sections are complete and has a running tally of your score. so after a rough fill-in of my details we’re up to 130 points. 140 (w or w/o job offer) will by default get you selected from the pool. so it’s up the jboss. i’ll bring 130 to the table – and we’re in if she can contribute 10. no pressure.
(to be fair the primary applicant always contributes almost all the points. the partner has the ability to kick in a few based on a nz job offer or “recognized qualification”)
